Sasan Gir taxi from Somnath

The Asiatic lion reserve sits east of Somnath, close enough for a morning safari and an evening aarti back at the temple. Permits are issued by the forest department and are separate from the cab fare.

We time the pickup so you are at the safari gate before your slot, not circling Sasan looking for the booking office. If the slot is at dawn, say so when you enquire.
